Cancer Research and Black Rice

Black rice contains anthocyanins and antioxidants. Studies have shown that a black rice extract rich in anthocyanins supports the bodies resistance to cancer. This extract was shown to support the suppression of tumor growth in the human body, particularly human breast cancer.
A study that looked at tumor growth showed that the anthocyanins in black rice extract significantly suppressed the growth of tumors.
